On 19 March 2026, Fr. Agnel School Gr. Noida organised a workshop on Every Child matters: Creating Inclusive and supportive learning environments.

The resource person, Prof. Arvind Kumar Mishra, Professor from Jamia Milia Islamia enlighted the teachers on various concepts such as Social Learning theory which means that children learn by observing.

Speaking about concious & unconscious prejudice he told that cognition, emotion & motivation are important parts of our brain, and emotional intelligence is equally important. Slow learners aren't less intelligent. No two persons are alike as they have different ways and different pace of learning. 

He spoke about Self Efficacy Beliefs of one's abilities which can be enhanced through positive feedback. He stressed on inclusive education, taking all the children together.
