Description: World Earth Day was celebrated by Father Agnel School, Greater Noida on Friday, 22nd April. Various cultural programs were organized in the school on this occasion. All the students from LKG to class 12 took part in various activities. On this occasion, a seminar was organized by the children in the school, in which the children expressed their concern about the increasing pollution on the earth and made them aware of the serious consequences in the future. They have also told that how the earth can be saved by conserving the forest. The children also staged a play on the lack of trees. While addressing the students, Principal of the school, Sister Pramila Vas gave information about the history of Earth Day and environmental protection. On this occasion Principal Sister Pramila and school administrator Colonel Josy Joseph also planted saplings with the children. At the same time, the students also took an oath to protect the environment.
